How to download your Atlantic City Electric bill
To enroll you in community solar, we need a copy of your most recent Atlantic City Electric bill as a PDF. The good news: Atlantic City Electric keeps a PDF of every bill in your online account, and downloading one takes about five minutes. This guide walks you through it click by click.

Before you start, have this handy
- Your Atlantic City Electric online account email (or username) and password
- If you don't have an online account yet: your Atlantic City Electric account number from any paper bill, so you can register
- A computer, tablet, or phone with a web browser
The steps

Go to the Atlantic City Electric sign-in page
Use the button below to open Atlantic City Electric's sign-in page in a new tab. You can also get there by visiting atlanticcityelectric.com and clicking the "Sign In" button at the top of the page. Heads up: the sign-in page's address will say secure.exeloncorp.com — that's normal. Atlantic City Electric is part of Exelon, and sign-in is handled on Exelon's shared page.
Don't have an online account yet? Click "Register Now" on the sign-in page. You'll need your Atlantic City Electric account number, which is printed at the top of any paper bill. - 2
Sign in to your account
Enter your email address (or username) in the "Email or Username" field and your password in the "Password" field, then click Continue.
- Forgot which email you used? Click "Forgot email" under the sign-in form.
- Forgot your password? Click "Forgot password" and Atlantic City Electric will walk you through resetting it.

Open your billing history
Once you're signed in, you'll land on your account dashboard. In the menu, choose "Billing", then "Bill & Payment History". On a phone, tap the menu icon (☰) first to see these options.

Open your most recent bill
Your bills are listed by date, newest first. Find the most recent one and click "View Bill". The bill opens as a PDF, usually in a new browser tab.
If nothing opens, your browser may have blocked the pop-up. Look for a pop-up blocked icon in the address bar and allow pop-ups from atlanticcityelectric.com, then try again. - 5
Download the PDF
With the bill open, click the download icon (usually an arrow pointing down, near the top of the PDF viewer) and save the file somewhere you can find it again — your Downloads folder is perfect. On a phone, use the share/save option to save it to your Files app.
We need the actual PDF with every page included. Photos or screenshots of your bill won't work with our automatic reader. - 6

The bill opened but I can't find a download button
Every browser can save an open PDF: press Ctrl+S on Windows or Cmd+S on a Mac. You can also use Print and choose “Save as PDF” as the printer.
I only have a paper bill
You can turn it into a PDF with your phone: on iPhone, open the Notes app, tap the camera icon, and choose Scan Documents; on Android, the Google Drive app has a Scan button. Make sure you scan every page of the bill into a single PDF.
